Sometimes it’s good to disconnect to reconnect.

Yes. I have a notebook and I pause a number of times a day. I wait, be quiet and still, then what comes to mind, write it down and after a couple weeks’ worth, I review it all.

Some one said to me today, “What if someone died and you didn’t have your phone on?” I said, what if I died, not hearing a message from God on how to save my ass because I was distracted by my phone? If they die while I am in Audience with The LORD of Heavenly Hosts? They will still be dead when I am done. I will deal with it then.

My relationship with The King of Heaven is more important than Life and Death because The King of Heaven rules them both.

Last night I just wanted to be still and not be so tethered to the ever-present sound of wild ramblings available on several different platforms of social media. All that attention and approval seeking behavior gets to be draining. Electric drums have no soul.

I am not here on earth for the likes of others.

It has been my experience, often times “popularity” is the herd running off a cliff.

Also, when I am stop and pause several times a day? Sometimes the answers don’t spring to mind right away, but I am most certainly yielding to The Power of God to go before me. If you let the Power of God lead the way? You can’t really mess anything up even if you tried.

and at least I am making an honest effort to listen.

What good are ears to hear? if you never stop to listen.
